Two Evelyn Hone College students have died following suspected outbreak of typhoid at the institution. Four others were yesterday hospitalized.
Students have called on management to look into the issue seriously. Access to clean water has been a problem of late at the institution. Last evening students had a minor demonstration for management’s failure two address the problem. On Tuesday one student died after suspected consumption of contaminated water, and on Wednesday 29th another student died making two deaths as of as of Wednesday 30th.
Today students have a class boycott which may be expected to go on until the management intervenes .
