Court Acquits HH

LUSAKA Magistrate Greenwell Malumani has acquitted United Party for National Development (UPND) leader Hakainde Hichilema in a case he was accused of using abusive language at police officers at his residence on April, 11th 2017.
Magistrate Malumani ruled that the state witnesses lacked credibility, professionalism and arrested the accused person on all charges including treason without any investigation.
Magistrate Malumani ruled that state failed to prove that the accused person committed the offense before Court.
